If someone can do that seated, is that strong?  Just checking cause I have never tried it standing because of my lower back.  But I can do that seated.  Is it harder standing

Usually 90 degrees seated is much harder as you don't have any leg drive and you can't lay back or back bend which turns it more into a standing incline press.

I would think so but I never did it standing before.  I even bench now with my feet up when going heavy.
