you don't see Capital Punishment as legalzed murder

what would you call it

to your question - there are circumstances where it would be ethical (in my eyes) for me to kill someone

For example if they are trying to harm me and using deadly force

what does the cirucumstamce me killing a fully formed human being have with this couple choice to abort a pregnancy due to the gender of the fetus?
