He isn't at all. He was a much more active forum user a few years ago. Made some good points, same with Mindspin.

I still don't get why there is a new(ish) drive to keep moving tons of threads from the G&O when the G&O is pretty slow these days and sometimes could do with the extra opportunities for discussion and interaction.

"Hedge" is indeed a two face who, on one side bashes females bodybuilders at all ends and on the other "help them out" as a "bench expert" knowing too well they are hormonized.

Hedge has a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to Pro Bodybuilding.  He is also a really funny dude. 

Keep doing what you are doing Hedge.  You are one of the more 'positive elements' that exist on these boards.

Yeah, remove the crap threads but leave anything with Goodrum in it. At least we can have a laugh in Goodrum threads and not waste our time opening the silly threads.
