2. How much cardio did you?
3. How many days of training?
4. Did you take creatine also?
5. How much did you weigh before?

 I didn't change anything else. That was what shocked me about this supplement. I always used to laugh when I saw the before and after pictures because I figured the guys were on "God knows what". But this time, I had a chance to try something on myself.  This supplement improved my workouts and my sleep! I couldn't believe the numbers when I stepped on the scale!
