I want see  the chicken video

I make great Jerk Chicken...Here is the recipe

1 cup of peanut oil
1 cup of soy sauce
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/2 bunch of green onions (chopped)
10 cloves of garlic (minced)
5 tblspoons of minced ginger
2 1/2 tbl spoons of black pepper
3 tbl spoons of thyme
1 tbl spoon of allspice
4 habenero peppers seeded and chopped
1tblspoon of nutmeg


Combine in a large bowl and stir.. . I usually double the recipe and lay out 10-15 chicken breast and cover with the mixture.  Cover with aluminum foil.. Preheat oven to 400 Farhenheit and cook for 1 hour... I'll cook up some rice and put the chicken and some of the sauce on it and I'm in heaven...Try it gents it's great

Thanks man I might try this tonight. You think this helped getting to 420 x 2?

just a parting shot I sincerely doubt you have had real jerk chicken....
you can only get this from jamaica... and not all of this is real...
the truly authentic jerk chicken has to be smoked using a special wood indiginous to jamaica...
