his quads were pathetically weak according to AJ and his leg extension testing machine

he had AJ run the test twice to be sure and it was as AJ stated

AJ told him that his quads are weak but his hams and spinal erectors were super strong hence his mighty Squat

In what you end up getting yes but once you get it you have to deal with it. Genetics loads the gun diet pulls the trigger.

I love Anadrol too!

I took 5x50mg pills over a 20 day period last August. Is that bad? Will I die?

Invented one of my favorite pieces of gym equipment in the last 50yrs... The Hatfield Squat Bar. That thing is indispensable. Squat with no spotter with hands gripping the uprights of a power rack.. 700-800lb standing calve raiss, good mornings, etc.. Just fucken awesome.

Wow...RIP my good man. I still remember first getting that book, A Scientific Approach, and reading it over and over. Fred was a true pioneer...he's gonna be sorely missed 😳
