meal 1 (530am)
3 large veggies (1 red and 1 yellow pepper, serving of carrots)
liquid egg whites (1 cup) 25 grams protein and 120 cals
2 tablespoons Coconut oil 250 cals (the shit in the jar with the white top)
tons of water, hot coffee (black)
also... when I go out to eat, i will order a restaurant to make a plate of hot veggies and that is it. i do that often. go out to eat - order a plate of grilled veggies only (asparagus, tomatoes, etc etc ) most places crush it - same price as a salad too
