The reason why it looks like he has inverted biceps is because he stretched the image to make the arm bigger. This distorted the shape. You only have to blow it up and look at the pixels. It has been photoshopped in the trap area and both sides of the arm. The truth is in the pixels. His arms are smaller but probably better shaped in real life. Assuming that is actually him, of course.
