His tactic of filing legitimate appeals in this partisan lawfare led by his chief political opponent is causing delays. Good. You're not going to spend any time looking into the merits of his appeals, because you like most leftists want him to be convicted of something and jailed before November.
If he is elected in November, the federal cases are going away, because his DOJ will not continue to prosecute those cases. The New York case will be resolved, one way or the other, before November, subject to any appeal after he is convicted. The Georgia case may wither and die if Willis gets disqualified, because the new prosecutor may not want to pursue that ridiculous case. Even if they do, it will be paused if Trump is elected.
BTW, did I really have faith in the Colorado Supreme Court to get him off the ballot? If so, it was good faith because they did, until they were told no deal by a heavily stacked in Trump's favor Supreme Court. Poor, poor, Trump he has been so abused over the past eight years. It breaks my heart!
I could care less whether Trump goes to jail or not. In fact, I doubt that will ever happen because if nothing else, the logistics are overwhelming. What is more, thanks to Trump constantly gunning up his base, if for some reason I am wrong and he did end up in jail, there really would be a civil war in the U.S. Not that he'd mind because wow, what a boost to his narcissistic ego.
