very heavy heme-iron induced barbell upright rows

notice he has to sit down after the set the man is clearly not a standing around all day type of guy but still that is respectable weight but needs to work on building up that standing endurance it takes to be a true champion

if your not standing after your lift you need to work on your standing

definitly another heme-iron addict notice the falcon horshoe bald pattern hes working on, you can be he eats meat atleast 2 times a day, respectable lift though

I typically only eat meet once a day usually at lunch, sometimes I will have some bacon for breakfast though.  For "dinner" lately I've taken to the peanut butter and honey sandwich and usually some bell peppers, I like to buy one pepper of each color (red orange yellow green) and eat a little bit of each each day.

yeah i wonder how i feel if i ate half of each color pepper a day it  may be the secret that no one hasnt try yet

You could.  Wrap your wrists and with a hint hip momentum they ain't that hard.

Dont under estimate the mind controls the body 225 is alot on upright rows though.


i'd rather only be able to upright row "only" 100 pounds and look like this dude

Shorter individuals can do upper body movements more easily hence range of movement for a master falcon much more difficult due to range of motion.
