How come the surgeons can't put a little implant in where the gland once was?
That way the gyno would be gone for good, and the concave wouldn't be there.
I've had gyno surgery, and the surgeon wouldn't remove the whole thing because
of the concave issue. The surgery was free (was teenage gyno), so I couldn't make
any requests.

On another note, every person in these photos scares the hell out of me. There are
people like this in the world? I am horrified.

If the doc didn't remove ALL of the connective tissue, including that which feeds/supplies the glands, and possibly the glands themselves (which it looks like he may have) ~ the gyno can easily return and fill in that space.

Just because you have the surgery once, doesn't mean that gyno absolutely cannot re-appear.

For now, it looks like shit. I'm sure it looks much better when his arms are down, which (obviously) would be most of the time... unless he walks around with his shirt off doing a double-bi pose wherever he goes.

I'm sure he is a lot happier when he is wearing a tight shirt (Like LEE PRIESTY) and NOT seeing the hangy-down titties anymore.
