Geez, I thought Leben would have won but I also would have thought Silva would have put up more of a fight!

That was pathetic. Wandy needs to hang em up before he turns into another Lidell. He has the chin of a lizard.

Awesome fucking event.
After comparing that event to the boxing event. I have no clue why some people still prefer boxing lol (and only watch it). Either you're trolling or Extreme closet homosexuals lol. Watch both

was any1 else shocked with the 50 - 45 decision in favour of Cruz? I thought it was perhaps 48 - 47 in favour of Faber but it could have gone either way depending on what youre looking for. Never a complete shut out in anyones eyes.

I had Cruz winning pretty clearly. About the points though I dunno. But I had him winning for sure.
That tempo for 5 rounds is INSANE. And Cruz didnt slow down At all until he really got hit hard there once.

Speaking of tempo, Melvin is like black lightning lol. Now that he finally seems to have his personal life set I almost feel like hes pretty close to becoming the Best 155'er. Depending on his TD defence. And the kid has 70+ fights under his belt including amateur. And thats Insane.

The Faber fight was the only 1 i got wrong, Guillard is a serious - very serious - contender and i think Joe / Dana are seeing that now. I dont think hes ready to be #1 but he always gives an excellent showing whether its win or lose & I think hes closing in well on cementing a top 5 position.

Leben cant really take anything from that fight because it was always on the cards, hes still the same man that was smashed to bits by Stann & Anderson and outclassed by the Count so hes a gatekeeper @ best IMO. He'll never be in contention for the belt, so thats exactly where he stands.

Can i just say i am delighted for Tito, this was it for him and he came up trumps. Im not saying hes going to go on a tear, on the contrary he landed a pot luck short punch and capitalised on it, but he finished a man that has never been handled in that way before and was maybe 1 - 2 fights away from rematching Bones. Tito left it all in there and if he loses his next fight then he knows that he can still compete no matter what. Stick him in with Rashad / Forrest and see where it leads.

Imo guillard is 2 impressive wins away from a title shot. He should get 2 top 10 guys thats just under the belt.

For what its worth leben was puking is ass of right before the stann fight apparently. I doubt the fight would have ended different though.
But its Nice to see someone that goes of there to FIGHT. And for that he should get rewarded.

I cant stand tito. But he almost made me a fan again when he finally did what he said he would. If he would have lost though the exuses about only training with 4 guys would Probably have come flying though. If he loses 2 in a row, cut him, if he doesn't then give him another run. Hes self proclaimed healthy now afterall.
He is Old school though thats for sure. And I do like that gravedigger shit lol. You almost forget how long hes been doing this stuff for.

I want to see a healthy Aldo fight asap. And I cannot wait for rampage to get SMASHED.

Just finished watching it. I was too hammered to watch it live last night.

I was kinda disappointed to see Tito win. Bader taps again, could be a habit forming there.

I didn't think Wanderlei had a chance against Leben, but i didn't think it would be that quick. Strange bout.Throw a couple of punches then walk into a volley of uppercuts. Hanging up those gloves has to be the next step for him.

Faber/Cruz was a dissapointment for me in terms of the result. I wanted to see Cruz ko'd, and it looked like he was in danger of that every time Faber caught him with a good shot but he never seemed to want to go in for the kill.

I clearly gave Faber the  4th and saw the 5th even...

had cruz getting the edge clearly in rounds 1 and 2 and had him slightly winning the 3rd.

this fight has rematch written all over it

That was pathetic. Wandy needs to hang em up before he turns into another Lidell.

It doesen't matter!!! He is still the greatest light-heavyweight/middleweight MMA fighter ever. Wandy looked old, weak and tired even before the fight started. He clearly peaked at age 25.

I actually cried when Wandy entered to his old song from the days of PRIDE. So many memories. All the greats are gone.

No. He has been hit before much harder than this and didn't do down like that. He is obviously weak and lost his will to win.
