exactly right, every time i go to the gym these days it sickens me more, "men" training like little bitches, gym bags, cell phones, pre and post workout drinks for absolutely no reason because their workout didn't stress one muscle fiber, I pods, headphones, machines, quarter reps, etc. the pussification of our society.
