If you read the youtube comments, they say the guy called back a year later saying it was a hoax.  It was still a f-ed up call.

The comment was incorrect.  Art Bell is a talk show host of a very popular radio talk show called Coast to Coast AM and he personally states to this day that he still does not know whether that call was a hoax or not.   He's currently retired but still occasionally hosts the show.   You should catch the show if you're interested in weird, freaky shiit or conspiracy theories etc.
