I genuinely dont understand why someone else is running the account, but even more than that, I absolutely dont get why whoever is running the account is doing such a horrible job of trying to pass themself off as hankins, its just awful. I mean cmon, use your brain, make it believable

It’s been years of nonstop battling lol, he was probably getting tired of it and someone just happened to messaged him “hey I’ll give you $1000 for your account”. Probably deleted his facebook for extra privacy. Or maybe his wife had reached her limit and put her foot down.
Jail is possible but why the account sharing, to keep up appearances? And then when he gets out, who ever is using it now will be trusted to relinquish control? I dunno about all that.

I am working out and staying fit but I am also trying to sell all the extra crap in my garage as I have limited space at the new house. I have a guy coming to look at the riding lawnmower today. I have been looking at gym equipment and kind of want a functional trainer a smith machine and a squat rack. Of course I don't even have room for all my current stuff so do I want a lawnmower I have never used in the garage and an antique car or do I want space for gym? I do have the upstairs space but not sure I want equipment upstairs in house. But yeah going from an acre with a 2 car and a shop to a 1/4 acre with just a 2 car is a bit of a downsize it's going to take some work. However I feel it was worth it for the location and the interior is the same size. Didn't downsize the shower they are putting tile and wood floor in the house now. It’s slowly coming together. My main focus is getting rid of stuff speaking of which if anyone wants a titan plate loaded cable cross hit me up. It's annoying as you have to have the same plated weight both sides of the cable or the thing doesn't slide right. I want to get a higher quality stacked cable cross over but the Rogue come preassembled and will never make it upstairs and garage space is limited. Really like the rogue lat pull as well but same issue. Rep will assemble so could get upstairs but I don't know Vulcan is NC based and has a show room in Charlotte so I may check them out.

I'm not entirely sure - I don't keep up with the Bhanky show although there's ppl here with doctorates in Bhankology. This way is definitely the route I would have gone. No point building your own home unless it's for a disability type thing in old age. Too much fucking time and hassle imo.

775lbs unit not 900lbs with 300lb stack but regardless I can't get a 775lbs unit up the stairs and around the corner so looking at other options have space upstairs if I assembled it up there. Although 9 feet also may be a problem but other brands shorter and unassembled just not same quality.

Ive never seen Crossfitters use them (though they may, I dont pay them much attention). Simmons invented it, Westside made it popular (Powerlifting). It helps for some back injuries, not all, so its not for everyone...
Some hate it... Its odd, It helped me gain 45 lbs on my DL PR in like a year, focusing on the concentric.
But I also over-did the eccentric (too heavy, to much stretch) and injured myself. (Im too tight from sitting for work for 40 years)...
Need to stay lighter, focus on teh range at all times (for me)..

if you google earth hankys house, then scroll along the shore line looking at the houses along the way, hankys is CLEARLY the worst house in that neighbourhood. All the other ones are bigger, cleaner looking, nicer landscaping, just overall nicer houses. It may value at 1.9, but Im guessing unless theres substantial work done to it in the future, it sure isnt getting 1.9. It looks out of place among the other houses
