Depends on the individual. Some are probably more insecure then others and would overly critique every flaw they have (like many of us do).
Heath comes across as being fairly comfortable with himself but I'd be willing to bet that he is bothered by the "narrow" jibes that gets thrown at him.

i think thats the CURSE of bodybuilding,bodybuilders always think they arent big enough and in turn they take more n more drugs n then they end up sick or worse yet,they DIE

very true, only difference is if u r micheal jordan n u r trying to b perfect,u get on the court n do drills n stuff n thats stuff healthy for your heart n longevity, if u r a tennis player its the same thing. swimmers also r very healthy cause the training is very healthy.unfortunatly bodybuilding is a sport that revolves around cosmetics and u get judged on how u look,thats where the excessive amount of drug use come into play and thats where the health issues start. if bodybuilding was a natural sport where they took all drugs out of it they would be very very healthy people,bodybuilders eat really well,most do anyway. training is hard work n things like cardio work is very good for the heart and lungs, u will see in the next 20 yrs alot of MMA fighters having health issues cause they r using alot of steroids also

his arms got really great shape and seperation considering all that mass he has in them, (GENETICS),a person can train their balls off n never ever even come close to that level of development.im not saying phil doesnt train hard cause im sure he does. all im saying is he had help in the (GENETICS) area.
