The place I'm at currently was the only one available to move in at the time although I did do some additional work on the place.  The majority of apartments are 4 person co-ed for WCU and I don't want to share a kitchen and bathroom with some pimple faced teenagers. 

My income btw has gone up significantly as well.  I now have 6 ecommerce sites in operation along with 20 affiliate sites in addition to my full time job.  Everything is going great
