Looks like gout to me.

Gout ? wtf   lol isnt that a issue of the metatarsal being inflammed?

Srsly, the guy is in hospital for weeks all the time, no exercise, still seems to have not one ounce of subcutanious fat on his body (while obviously having tons of visceral fat in his bloated gut).

Either the guy is on high doses of GH and DNP year round, or he really has some sort of genetic defect and is unable to store fat under his skin. A genetic freak indeed.

It's called being on some serious steroids /GH  abuse protocol .

Btw, Using thongs on a hospital bed, some 10 years after done competition tell's you something is seriously off and he no longer listen to his true call in life  "

this dude really inspires me now more than ever, because he can't walk and he still looks to be happy. He accepts that things have fallen apart, but tries his best to work towards better end with whatever tools he has.

he could have naturally higher dopamine and serotonine production. Former king of the world sitting in a wheel chair, helped and fed by fat nurses... and aaaaaall smiles :D

Damn true. A lot of former BBs look miserable when it all falls apart but Ronnie is the same guy now as he was when he was 300+lbs and strong as an ox.

Agreed! Great energy. And that makes his videos fun to watch, unlike the extremely uncharismatic Philippe Cheath
