I'm a fan of abs relaxed and stretching your torso. It makes you look bigger and your waist thinner

Good point, it does make you look bigger. Do you bother doing a vacum in that style?

If you have a short torso, your waist in going to look more blocky. In this case, assuming you can, the vacuum style would be better. It elongates the torso and can make the waist look smaller.

If you have a long torso, do the opposite. BUT, flexing the abs too much makes the pose look ugly. It all depends on how you're structured. That's the jist of it though. There can be other things to take into account.

I've never tried the vacuum in this shot. That's somthing you have to practice over and over to perfect. I will next show. I just no form me when I flex my abs my obilques get wide and it makes me look blocky

Thats what i was wanting to know the long short torso bit nice one.
