485 was my max, this was in 2003.  I tore my peck, now I bench the bar, roughly 45lbs.

answer my question. you canīt because i never did. This story is old. I was offered out and took up the offer. He named Gyms which knew him, or so he said and i called them to make sure it was genuine. They never knew him. All mouth like his 500lb bench and his Gangster reputation on here.
