I'd run 4 mo minimal. Ive just never seen any differenc in recovery from 10-16 (even longer IMO)
You Want "Pure Muscle"? Dbol is wonderfull for strength, and dont hold water on me, but that aint normal.
If your allready puffy at all, Dbol can bloat, and a top acne producer too. Im not bashing it.
If you tend toward lean, Id go dbol. If water and Body fat is allready a issue, skip it.
