Title: Taking protein intake too seriously?
Post by: dantelis on October 10, 2008, 09:57:08 AM
Guess this gay BB couldn't afford any good sources of protein and being British, is probably wary of eating beef (mad cow disease and all), so decided to seek a new protein source.  Bad decision.

Gay Bodybuilder Ate Trick

Shades of Jeffrey Dahmer and Hannibal Lecter: Anthony Morley, 36, a former Mr. Gay UK, is on trial in Leeds for the murder of Damian Oldfield, 33, whose thigh he allegedly cooked and ate afterwards.

Morley, a former chef, is said to have taken Oldfield home, had sex with him, and then cut his throat and stabbed him to death on April 23. Prosecuting attorney Andrew Stubbs, who characterized Morley as "troubled" by his sexuality, said, "Having killed him upstairs, the defendant carved away a piece of flesh, took it downstairs to his kitchen, where he seasoned it, fried it, and tried to eat it."

Morley has pleaded not guilty.

Wasn't lamplighterX (now known as naturalwonder83) banned from getbig for threatening a similar act on someone called eryan B? Something to do with cutting off his pecs and frying them

The end result was Ron banning lampX who then re-registered under the name natwon83 and tried to play newcomer to getbig. Too bad (for him) he failed miserably- just like everything else in his life

if your on steroids eating 500g  protein per day may be useful. as a natural it would be total overkill.

especially when its about maintaining muscle, i can go two weeks without focussing on eating protein every 2/3 hours and i look about the same as i would have with eaten two weeks on high protein. so your really starting to think about its necessity.

I think eating copious amounts of protein to get huge is a myth.  Plenty of people have gotten large eating 200 gm a day or even less.
