DB Flyes - 3 X 12 (constant weight,brief rest periods)
Seated Bench Press Machine - 3 X 12,10,8 (pyramid style)
Dips - 1 X failure (I only got 11....I was wasted this workout was fast paced bigtime)

Super-Set:

His arms look a lot bigger compared a few years back.  Aceto still the same eating half a hotdog and getting full.  I don't understand how you can go from bodybuilder to regular guy and still work with bber's he hasn't touched a weight in forever.
