Girl on the right has quads that look like carbon copy's of Milos Sarcev's.
I hardly ever advise anyone (especially girls) to bring up the soleus, but I think Heather's legs would benefit with a a touch... 1/4", maybe 1/2", spread from mid-tibia down to the ankle... Would also like to see a 'lil more vastus lateralis "quad-sweep" development.
So it from that couldn't argue against the top three or even a gold medal Olympian placing.
