big strong here leaner and weaker but face look better but probably NOT eating enough greens here for MORE energy. would be nice to have the right balance between these two looks.goals:1 to have better face than both pics2 be leaner and more ripped3 stare in the FATE of adversity
im doing this right now. 1 package of sharp cheddar cheese8 servings =900 calories. on one huge package of turnip greans (16 oz) thats 5 servings.. must put a half cup of whole milk to have a nice smooth cheese saucein one serving of the turnip greensvitamin a=200%vitamin c= 90%
Vegetables do nothing for the bodybuilder. Nothing.Now if you're a 9 yr old child, lost in the desert- fine, eat some leaves. Otherwise forget it.
