to train opposite muscle groups
my chest was really really strong, but it was much stronger than my back, that it pulled my shoulders and collar bone forward which is not a good thing
so in the past couple weeks, i lightly lifted for my chest, and i really started lifting for my back , and now i find that i am a lot stronger and my chest is better
so my advice, try to keep your body in proportion dont try to get just big arms and chest you need to train your other body parts too, including stabilizer muscle
yours in training

my scapula tend to stick out a bit. hes not flat to my back, its hard to fix something like that, i already do pushups with the emphasis on pressing out hard on top as high as i can.
must have occured when i trained back or chest harder than the other or back grew harder than chest since its my better part.

kyphosis is a common one from focusing on chest, doing lots of bench press and not balancing that out with pullups or rows
you're a smart student mars

emphasize muscle groups and movements specific to your activity, but ensure that you don't ignore the antagonists to those movements
of course if bodybuilding is your goal, then everything must be done in proportion
