you need way more traps, delts, chest, biceps, triceps, forearms, quads, hams, calves, lats, lower back and a different face, other than that you look great.

I don't have any pics but I gotta tell you this little guy was awesome.  He was so alive and looked like he was in his low 50's.  He was spanish/filipino I think.  I also introduced Pat Jordan to him.  Pat is a free-lance writer for Life, Time, Playboy, and other major magazines.  He also BB's with his wife.  His daughter is Meg Ryan.  He married her mom.  Pat did an article on something I did for Time Magazine and later did something in Playboy after I introduced him to the Gracies. Well I called him and told him about Francis.  He thought it wass a great story and ended up doing a rather large article on Francis that appeared in Life Magazine. It was probably sometime in 1987 or so.  Francis was very inspirational.
