Kai was clearly better in 2012. Not so much in 13.

Doesn't matter but Phil is the one who has to live with the fact that he's one of worst and narrowest mr olympias of all time.

Kais lack of traps ruins so many poses, rls looks shit with they straight line across the shoulders, most muscular looks turd, totally disappears and his funky right bicep looks terrible

It helps remove the slight wrinkles on his lower rhomboids when stands more upright. But, at the same time, it makes the upper back loose a tad of detail.

I remember that Roelly's formal coach (Sibil/grandma) told him to 'open' his shoulder blades, which was good advice for a near-perfect back double bi pose.
