Currently, it is possible to compare the combined polling of Republicans and Democrats job approval ratings for Trump verse Obama. Trump's highest combined job approval rating is 49% as compared to Obama's at 67%.
Trump, Biden favorable ratings were both below 50% late last September, with Biden having a slight edge. Trump's was 41% approval and 57% disapproval. Biden's was 46 % approval and 50% disapproval.

Vice President's Pence had a favorability rating of 43% verses and unfavorability rating of 57%.
In July of 2009, Biden had a favorability rating of 50.5% and an unfavorability rating of 36%
