I met Chuck once in the Bronx, Orchard Beach, at a car show - he was trying to sell his book and had his black corvette out there and a table soigning autographs. 

He seemed like a prima donna guido from lower westchester honestly.  But that is his schtick - seemed like an act to me.     

But he is old school guy who came up long before UFC and trying to scratch out a living like everyone else.   He is too old to get in the ring now.
