You don't have to tell that. I'm writing an article at the moment for Tapout/MMA Worldwide, mmajunkie on the effects of dehydration, re-hydration and proper dieting for fighters. FYI, I'm totally against dehydration which is one of the reasons why I didn't want Jay to take this fight.

MMA fighters are similar to state level bodybuilders, in the fact that they train way heavy than they fight/compete at...Asian fighters have trouble with UFC fighters because they stay lean year round, but western fighters will train at 240lbs and compete at 185 sometimes

I am going to be one too.  I went from 293 to 500 in 13 months.
