Title: How does my diet look like to you fellas LOW CARB?

I'm in the last stages of cutting, with that I mean I have lowered my calorie count now slowly and I think I will see now not only small improvements but drastic once.

What you all think:

Low Card (keeping in mind that I believe that you need fat to get rid of fat):

Overall 4l water, every Sunday high carb day (basically east what I can) every 2 weeks 3 days No carbs what so ever.

Breakfast:
Multi Vitamins
3 Full eggs 3 Eggwhites

Meal meal 1:
100g Turkey Breast
Small Salad with very little 1000Island Dressing (Cesar Dressing)
or...
Steamed Mixed vegtables

Meal 2:
100g Salmon steamed.
Small Salad with very little 1000Island Dressing (Cesar Dressing)
or...
Steamed Mixed vegtables

Meal 3:
1 Protein Shake 2 Scoops with water

Meal 4:
100g Turkey Breast
Small Salad with very little 1000Island Dressing (Cesar Dressing)
or...
Steamed Mixed vegtables

Meal 5:

100g Salmon steamed.
Small Salad with very little 1000Island Dressing (Cesar Dressing)
or...
Steamed Mixed vegtables

Meal 6 (just before bed time)
Fat free cottage cheese one Orange.

Looks good for a low carb day.  What are you eating on the "no carb what so ever day"?

fructose shugar in orange like in all friuts. but i guess one orange/day wont make any bigger diefference.

Ok I take the Orange out, It's not a big deal I never had a good feeling about it anyways.

Hmm I know that's the day i have to battle the hardest...
Okay honest...

I start the day with 2 Muffins and a bowl of Crunchy nuts with milk

I usually go with my gf to a Restaurant all you can eat like some pizza place...

In the evening some Ice Creame like Hagen Dazz

You think I should better have like 1 cheatmeal only? I just want to stay sane and want to kick my Metabolism in the nuts.

forget fat free cottage cheese.  Stick with low fat.  It is healthier and better for you.

I was even thinking of taking the full fat one... but yeah I stick to the reduced one.

Actually a lot of people will eat grapefruit before bed, its very good and assists in the fat burning/metabolism bullshit somehow. Look it up, a nutritionist told me about it but i cant remember the exact WHY but research it.

Why not have a cheat meal every other week? It's all mental...

Looks good. Switch to reg. cottage cheese and go ahead and keep the orange in. It's no biggy since you are on very low carb to begin with. Veggies are OK since there is a lot of fiber in them which is not digestable. Make sure to play with your calories as they do count when trying to get shredded and also pig out once a week.

Veggies are OK since there is a lot of fiber in them which is not digestable. Make sure to play with your calories as they do count when trying to get shredded and also pig out once a week.

Most of the time I have my guys eat cheat meals once a week and all day long. Just don't stuff yourself to the point where you can't eat your next meal, but eat what ever you want. Burgers, fries whatever. Mainly calorically dense foods with plently of carbs and fats.
