Howard Stern is an A-hole to even ask that question.  But what else is new?  Cena should have asked Stern when was the last time he snorted some coke.

A couple years ago I was training at a Gold's Gym in Atlanta, Georgia and there was a promotional add that Cena did that aired on Gold's close circuit television.  Cena is in a posing room and he was quite a bit bigger than now...He is in the posing room, pumping up, oiling up and talking to himself...getting psyched up.  After 30 seconds or so of dramatic posing music and funny 1-liners by John he walks out and sees a couple ladies on the stationary bikes.  He nods at them (still in posing trunks) and he attempts to walk away and slips right in front of them due to the amount of posing oil he had on.

Ive looked for the video on Youtube and google, but I cant find it.  If anyone can find a link to it then please post it.

I posted it in another thread about Cena, I can't go to youtube from my desk but I'll look tonight, he's pretty big in that video, probably from when he was still wrastlin as "prototype"
