At first glance you might think the couple in the photo above went through a MASSIVE transformation to get the bodies they have in the “After” photo, but in truth these photos were taken 2 HOURS APART!!! And no, these photos were not photoshopped.
Did they get emergency gastric bypass? Are they on some new version of Trim Spa Maxx? Did Kristie Alley eat their fatty parts?!? Nope, they just followed the steps below.
Step 1: Suck in your gut
If you suck in your stomach, you’re going to look thinner. This is major for men since most of us carry our weight in our tummies. So for the before picture, just fill up with air, give yourself a round belly and viola, you’re a fatty!!! Now just suck it in as much as possible for your after photo and you’ll look a hell of a lot thinner. You just lost 50 lbs!!!
Step 2: FLEX
Once you’re ready for your after photo flex your muscles. Any bodybuilder will tell you this makes you look bigger and stronger, like you’ve been at the gym for weeks.
Step 3: Pump, Pump, Pump It Up
Right before you after, lift some weights. Anaerobic exercise will automatically increase the size of your muscles for a few hours, so lifting weights will make you look better defined and muscley for you after shot.
Step 4: Bend and Snap
Remember Elle Woods words of wisdom from Legally Blonde, “You just bend, and snap.” Pushing your shoulders back and standing up straight instantly makes your waist look smaller, you chest look bigger, and you look taller. So look for a mirror and align your ears, shoulders and hips together to have a smaller you and a better After photo.
Step 5: Begin Blank, End Happy
You need to seem like your happy with your transformation, so make sure to look really happy in your after photo. Remember, you’ve discovered a new life of daily exercise, games of rugby in the park on weekends, and bearing your well earned six-pack at the beach. Just remember to not look too depressed or frown in your before photo, a blank expression is probably your best bet, with just a slight indication of depression, fatty.
Step 6: Rent Season One of Jersey Shore
Remove all your body hair, every last inch of chest hair and get a tan. Body hair makes you look fluffy and tanning defines existing muscles so follow “The Situations” example for some major after effects.
Step 7: Make-Over Time
Get clothes that are fitted, fix your hair and slap on some make-up. The better fitting your clothes, the more likely you’ll look thin, the better set your hair, the more likely you’ll look thin, the better applied your make-up, the more likely you’ll look thin.
Consider these steps for day to day “After” looks. Suck in your gut, wear clothes that fit, smile, tan and shave. Mix it all together and you’ll be surprised with the results.
