I know gal has gotten tons of these in the gossip section but here he deserves his own. First of all, everyone here deserves recognition, the communication is awesome and everyone respects each other, the best posters ever.
I specifically point to gal because he stays shredded year round and can answer questions on the combined procedure of injecting and incorporating a diet that can get you striated and he has taken time to experience results of compounds at the level of being shredded, very good sound info.
