I have 10 months to train and 3 months for a diet if im going to do it, right now things are looking good one week in, solid training, added 15 min of cardio before i train, and leaned out alot, only problems im looking at right now are............the gyno i had that came back, which i can hopefully work around it and get it down, and thats about it...........my abs are coming in and i have leaned out tremendously in just 4 days.
