That Is Where The 5% Comes In
You may be more familiar with the 95% of people that start and never finish. The goal was too hard, seemed too impossible to achieve, and felt like their goal was too far to reach. Maybe it is too hard, too impossible, and too far out of reach; that doesn’t stop the 5%er!

5% Is Not Just A Number Applicable To Fitness
It applies to ALL areas of life; finances and business, the pursuit of happiness and freedom, family, sports, a way of life, education, personal development, etc. Of course it’s not an easy path to take, that is why only 5% of people accept the challenge
Ask yourself, what percentage of people are out there actually doing whatever it takes to fulfill their dreams, to accomplish their goals, and to live the type of life they want to live?

yeah I don't understand why anyone would buy a gallon jug with 5% on it, if you want a gallon jug of water you can just buy it for like a dollar and write 5% on the side.... if you really wanted to

Just last week I saw a person at my gym with a 5% sweatshirt.
