I don't know but I think sometimes it's better to be dead.
This is the passenger that was was riding with Nick Hogan when they crashed.He is a vegetable for life and Nick only has to do 8 months in jail for it.Cheers....
Hogan's passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, a Marine who had just completed a tour of duty in Iraq, remains hospitalized, reportedly in a coma. Graziano, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, may have also suffered brain damage caused by swelling of his brain.

I work in insurance, at least 12 times a year I handle fatalities most of which are people who killed their spouses in motor vehicle accidents. Haven't handled a fatality yet where the person was wearing their seatbelt.
Give the kid a break FFS, he does have to live with this for the rest of his life.

There is a big media battle going on up here. During the criminal trial, the family and its attorney interjected a lot of unnecesary things to make them admissible for the civil trial, etc. They were playing this for $ all along.

I don't think it's right that we should be sending people to jail for car accidents if they weren't DUI, since tomorrow that could be you or me being sent to jail for an accident. "Driving recklessly"? ::) What, you've never exceeded the speed limit? Most people do it every day.

I saw on TV where some bitch said Nick took the choice of driving while drunk. Well as bad as it sounds, the passenger made the choice to drive with drunk Nick and without a seatbelt. I know numerous times I refused to drive in a car because the driver was drunk. So, as much fault as it is Nick's the guy did have the choice. I feel way worse for the guy i the hospital and his family than Nick and his family though.

I saw a video on TV where Hulk Hogan went to visit his son in jail, and the only thing Nick kepting talking about was how he wanted to start a show as soon as he got out of jail called, "The New Nick" and how he wanted his dad to start getting the ball rolling on getting it all set up. Now that my friends, is FUCKED UP.

Yeah, if it were my little brother in the hospital, I'd be going after Hulk for millions of dollars out of anger, sure. Wouldn't make it right. Both parties are to blame here. Hulk's kid was stupid and was an irresponsible driver, and Hulk did know this and let the kid drive fast anyway. An accident was inevitable. hulk knew the kid drop 110 mph everywhere he went, and thought it was funny.
The kid knew he was getting into a car with a drinking driver, didn't put on his seatbelt, and was pretty used to hanging out with a speeding nick. They were together constantly, and speeding everywhere, many in Tampa report.
