Here is what I am planning.

Current weight: 240
I have cycled in the past has been about 6 months since my last, was a basic test deca cycle, felt good on it, a little bloated, but good strength, max weight was 260, I've lost about 10% of my str and 20 lbs. but I am still lean.
Diet:
5 meals daily - 30% carbs, 30% fat, 40% protein (nothing out of a box, mostly fresh vegetables, brown rice, chicken, fish)
2 gallons of water daily, green tea
I work out 4 days off 1
day 1 - chest, bi
day 2 - back, tri
day 3 - shoulders, chest light (lacking area)
day 4 - legs
Cycle:
dbol - 50 mg ed wks. 1 - 6
Enanthate - 750 mgs wk. 1 - 16
Equipoise - 400 mgs wk. 1 - 16
Tren - 100 mg eod wk. 6 - 16
Amidrex 5mg ed
and Nolva and HCG on hand for pct.
