Some posted I was blowing up again, wrong, I weigh 260lbs, I'm losing fat and water and I am appearing bigger! I'VE LOST 23 lbs, but still holding my size!

These blurred grainy pics with a pump in the gym show nothing of your condition or where you are at in terms of progress.

I'm about 20 feet from mirror in the right light I have to go back and crop the photo so u can see it, this causes a blur, here are some beach photos from my iphone
