My back is huge shades of pro as i do a front lat spread, legs are a tad behind but stil decent to put a sizing on the getbig haters!

I ate the tilapia for 3 days I lost alot of weight and got real weak had to kind of rebound and level back out, plus a case of test flu don't help, been hella 5 days, but stil right there, I'm gona try to get to 250 shredded when I level out! Then I can stay near that weight maybe up to 260, in the morning 3 days ago I was 258 lbs!

if you legs are 'a td behind' when you are carrying a shitload of fat and water they will be stick thin when you start actually losing some real weight.

at your height you will look like a bird.

and as for the lat spread like  pro comment

I honestly think you need to save some gear dough and get lazer eye surgery.

also invest in doing your bodyfat in a hydro tank.

believe me you are about 25%

go and get it measured and report back. you go for 10% I go for 25% lets see who is closer. at 10% you are in pretty good shape which you clearly aren't.
