On a side note: Wednesday is day one of month 3, in the first 2 months I achieved my goals of dropping fat and weight, hardening up my muscles, getting my abs visible and gaining better condition. This 3rd month I will focus on adding size and muscle, keeping my shape and hardness in tact, continue to do cardio and eat clean, and bring up my weak points! I plan on this being done for 2 months then I will be at the beginning of month 5 nearly halfway to my 10 month goals!
