to be fatter than 10% while lifting for years, natural or not ,is a disgrace and testimony of extremly shit eating habits, theres no sugarcoating this.

true bro....it really is so simple to not be a fat fuck...whole milk, nuts, red meat, chicken, fish, whole eggs, yogurt, fruit.....I have found you can eat an INSANE Amount of these foods and never go above 10% bf. you will sit at 8-9% and of course Im not as lean as you or no one etc but hey its a healthy diet and thats lean enough for me. The only thing that makes me fat is carbsbread,cereal,pasta,icecream, etc. I am of the belief the CLA content in whole milk helps to keep one lean and has a cancellation like effect for the sugar/added fat in dairy. Lots of studies showing calcium linked to fat loss as well. Whole fat dairy products improve insulin sensitivity and may even help prevent diabetes, elevates igf levels....persnally I think any hard training athlete is missing out by not having some source of dairy in their diet.
