Sev is a typical crazy guy who has mentaly illed i dont care.
But when Kiwiol said that I was same level as him. That really really pissed me off.

More than the size, i am interested in cut this time.

For Naturals it's the toughest to add delt size. That's the typical area who gets blown up by roids.

Yeah you're lookin really cut for offseason then. Probably a good idea to stay leaner as a natural so you don't have to diet very long and will keep most of the muscle.

Natural bbers shouldnt get fat for not sacrificing muscle fullness for the severe diet.

It all depends on how we define "league", I guess. You two were going back and forth, saying each of you is way beyond the other one's league and I said you're both similar in size. Not you in your current shape vs he in his, but both of you at your respective peaks. He's taller and is going to look a little lankier, but I still don't think it's night and day between the two of you or anything like that.

You look pretty good there, bigger than I've ever seen you before.

Well, it's basically the weak point of most Naturals. It's almost impossible to get huge, full round delts off the sauce (traps as well).

Delts and traps are the typical juice muscle groups. You can identify a juicer by one look at his delts.

Cus in our gym, there are tons of weightlifters look like Sevas.
And there were intergym contests and those competitors look like Sevas.
And I was the guest posar.
