Title: Some of my clients meals
Post by: Cleanest Natural on October 13, 2013, 08:13:07 AM
My part time "job" consists of getting people in shape or helping them lose weight. My diet is simple: lean meats, greens and some omega 3 fats plus water and cofee. They send me daily pics with their every meal in order for me to be certain that they are doing what they are supposed to do. Here are some samples (some clients are from Romania, some may live in Spain or Canada or England, etc so some igredients vary according to what's available to them where they live)..

Meals looking good, just too low carb for me unless before bed.
Shrimp with whole wheat past used to be my favorite diet meal.

no carbs

Of course there is no need for oatmeal or other complex carbs -  we just let the schmoes clean the colon instead. Nice plan dude.

this type of diet with so many fibrous veggies will cleanse both your teeth and your colon. You obviously know a lot about nutrition.  ::)

Sevastase is a bit of a hustler.

Seems like throughout the years he always has something else going on.

I prefer simple dishes with as little "condiments and seasoning" as possible. I teach people to rediscover the natural taste of food.

So do you teach them to avoid salt as well?  Interesting philosophies....

See the thing about sev is he will go out in terrible shape and take the brunt of not being in shape. The dude has a good self image and doesnt wear it on his sleeve. Most here would not do that for fear of fear.

Falcon is another one he doesnt mind posting up fat or in shape  = a good self image.
