Stopped having shakes.

No this isnt shizzo related alcohol induced shakes, its protein shakes.

I look better and havent lost any size, anyone else give up fart powder and feel better for it?

Probably between 100 and 150 a day at the moment.

I keep the powder to one scoop a day, at max. And only on workout days.

Useful to make plain greek yogurt edible.

I have dieted on lean ground beef and its cool if its seasoned well. It gets just as old as chicken breast though.

I know protein builds muscle, I do eat chicken steak and fish, the thread is about shakes and (for me) their lack of importance.

I go through stages of getting protein powder

but it bloats you and gives you wind

I often end up throwing it out

id rather try and eat more real foods

I get about 180-200 grams a day at a weight of 250

With all that protein I would assume he is an athlete of no less than 260 pounds at no more than 5%.

I take protein shakes mainly just to satisfy my sweet tooth. Would rather have something sweet that’s high in protein/low in calories than vice versa. :D

My Protein usually have some good flavours.

How much were you using? I only use whey pre and post workout. And occasionally when i don't have time to cook and eat.

Im lactose intolerant but i can handle whey isolate with enzymes without issue. You guys getting all gassy  are probably using either too much whey or youre using cheap shit.

you have similar stats to me
waries alot since not on a calorie defecit atm.

mostly keep track of getting protein just above 300g.

that's 4 meals at 60+ grams each and one protein shake. not that hard.

try to stay ~200/~60 carbs/fats

protein sources mostly chicken and fish. lean beef sometimes. eggwhites sometimes.

Im 510 210 at legit 13%

Im honestly more concerned with kidney health issues associated with mega dosing protein.

Im dieting down for a vegas trip in the next coming month.

Macros are usually around 100 carbs 60 fat and the rest in protein to make 1800 calories. Usually around 200 even.

Low dose gear. If I was cutting with t3 I would bump the protein and go keto to keep my calories the same.
