I get what MAXX is saying.

Im 510 210 at legit 13%

Im honestly more concerned with kidney health issues associated with mega dosing protein.

Im dieting down for a vegas trip in the next coming month.

Macros are usually around 100 carbs 60 fat and the rest in protein to make 1800 calories. Usually around 200 even.

Low dose gear. If I was cutting with t3 I would bump the protein and go keto to keep my calories the same.
megadosing protein doesn't do shit to kidneys

this is a myth from steroid abusers why blame it on protein dose.

245 around 10% right now. tall though, 6'3

still gaining though since i started to train again

when lifting weights and constantly breaking down muscle you need alot of protein to repair the tissue. this is just logic. why are we even discussing this on a bbing boarding  ??? ???
So 6'3 245 at 10% and eating double the amount of protein as me.

Yet our stats are pretty much the same???

How much were you using? I only use whey pre and post workout. And occasionally when i don't have time to cook and eat.
I was about the same level of use, once maybe twice a day.

I use shakes mainly for increased kcal count/meal replacement in the mornings.

ideally I'd say most are fine taking in 1g/lb bw from animal protein/food sources, and saving the shakes for pre, intra, and post intake (either hydro whey/casein or bcaa's)

you're undereating.

I'm maybe overeating but alteast never catabolic.

I don't grow on multiple shakes, just my experience. I limit them to just post workout followed by a meal 45min/1h later

can. gear changes much of the equation. as you probably know. but if you take gear. your results are not that good.

you don't seem to want to learn.

Its the protein companies who have tried to re-invent the wheel.
The 1gm per pound was invented by the protein companies to sell powder.
Eating 200gms a day isnt easy.

Now about that picture, just so we know you are not a bloated mess in Moms basement.
