What are the principles behind his keto diet? Anyone have an example day? Anyone tried it?

here is what I am doing right now


Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

Yeh, this is why I'm asking. Heard a lot of good things about it. I was expecting something groundbreaking, but it seems quite basic...?

Also Palumbo recommends to not cut back on  the food for as long as you can.

so you do cardio and when you can't up the cardio anymore, then you can start playing with the diet

I started at 30 minutes 6 times a week, and I up it 10 minutes every week.

so I am on the 3rd week, I am doing 50 minutes per day.

I'll go as high as 2h30 maximum, after that I'll cut some fats

Nop I am not working with anyone and I won't ever work with someone !
I prefer doing it my way, I dieted down a few times already so I know when to do some adjustments
