here is what I am doing right nowMeal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggsMeal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almondsMeal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutterMeal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oilMeal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PBMeal 6 6 whole eggs

the hard part is the monotony, im sure.
Also Palumbo recommends to not cut back on the food for as long as you can.so you do cardio and when you can't up the cardio anymore, then you can start playing with the diet
how much cardio are you doing?
I started at 30 minutes 6 times a week, and I up it 10 minutes every week.so I am on the 3rd week, I am doing 50 minutes per day.I'll go as high as 2h30 maximum, after that I'll cut some fats
