Who ever said you have to get the protein from chicken breasts??

Add two or three shakes a day in between meals and before bed and you're set.

that's BS.  if i put money in the pot, a MF isn't drinking 3 protein shakes at 100 grams per shake.

1 shake with a limit of 100 grams and other 400 grams from chick and eggs = 500 grams with what ever else is needed to make 7500 cals

none of that Aquilles and Dov natural BS this time.

...Especially if you use gainers like Muscle Juice 2600. Three of those with a little extra protein powder per shake gives you nearly HALF of that 7,500 calories right there.

Most people who need higher calories to put on size tend to drink a lot of shakes.

I don't know from where this crazy rule came that you have to get all your calories from solid food. I certainly didn't back in the day, when I needed to put on more size.

anybody can drink 5 shakes at 100 grams a piece in 24 hr.

there is a reason why those 2 yahoos finished 1st and 2nd in mr getbig because the rules were f'ed up.

x2, it's no problem to mix up a shake with 100g whey in .5 liters of skim milk and down two of these. That's already 235g pf protein in only two shakes.

Add a big casein shake before bed with another 60-70g of protein and you already have 300g.

Now 200g from white fish is not difficult to eat as well. I used to eat 1kg of white fish for lunch last year, with olive oil, salt and lemon juice.

The typical chicken breast that comes out of the package is about 8 oz and ~ 50g of protein (pic attached).

500g of protein would be around 10 of these.

Also can we get ".jpeg" added as a valid file extension around here so I don't have to change every single picture I upload to .jpg?

this is about 7500 cals. now apply this to 500 grams of protein with whatever ups that to 7500 cals.

Chicken Breast skinless - Boiled   45g   7.5 grams

you still have to get to 7500 cals.

that's junk food, not clean "so called" bbing diet.

My diet back in college looked something like this (from a previous post):

#1 - Breakfast

#2 - Mega Mass 2000

#3 - Lunch

#4 - Mega Mass 2000

#5 - Dinner

#6 - Mega Mass 2000 (post-workout)

A serving of Mega Mass 2000 for me was 10 oz. of the weight gain powder in water, which yielded 1100 calories (210 g carbs, 55 g protein, 3 grams fat). During the winter months, when it was too cold to get up early for a sub-standard breakfast at the cafeteria, I consumed what I called "Poor Man's MET-Rx", based on an old-school recipe from the Iron Guru, Vince Gironda. This was a shake, consisting of 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk (I initally started with half-n-half, as Gironda suggested but found tha powdered milk was more economical), and one scoop of milk-and-egg protein powder (the Challenge brand that GNC used to sell at "Buy one, get one 50% off" prices).

I bought a food scale to measure my beef, making sure I got a half-pound of cooked hamburger. Those little scales usually come with a booklet that gives the nutritional breakdown of various foods. I used it initially, when I ate in the cafeteria. But, as school got more intense, I got lazy and decided to eat/drink the same foods every day, knowing what their caloric and protein contents were. Quantity-wise, I peaked at 6500 calories, half of which came from the 3 Mega Mass shakes. As I got busier/lazier, I'd say about two-thirds of my calories I drank from Mega Mass and "Poor Man's MET-Rx". Those 5 drinks gave me 300 to 320 grams of protein, depending on the size of eggs used for the blender brew.

A "clean" bodybuilding diet is usually defined as one low on junk food, namely simple sugars and unnecessary fats. Quality protein/weight gainer shakes are part of such a diet.

That's what I did back in school. Half to (at times two-thirds) of my calories came from such products. And it got the job done. Where is this unwritten rule that people who need higher calories to grow can only get them from solid food or it's "BS"?

If the challenge is to hit 7500 kcal a day of brown rice and boneless skinless chicken breasts then I think TWB has won.

This isn't a challenge at all. This is just an excuse for him to whine about his apparent frustrations of not being able to grow but not willing to "EAT" the foods he needs to put on more size.
