Seriously does anyone on here train like these morons in this video?  I have seen clips on Daily Motion and honestly am dying to see someone that actually trains this way.  LMAO.

Nah man,,,harcore is Jay Moore's dumb ass trying to do too much weight for the camera. He doesnt have to impress anyone....And besides if you make a DVD are you throwing in footage of your training buddies? What the hell for??? ::)

Veiwing now.  I'm in agreement with previous posts.  Im at a loss for words... just blatant adjetives come to mind. 
Spazstic, moronic, immature, low IQ, inrealistic, painful, nonesensicle, lame, would all describe these guys' lifting methods.
